the location proved convenient , with easy access to public transport. complimentary chocolates were a sweet touch upon arrival. i found the staff helpful , especially with directions and local tips. the breakfast included a variety of options , a good start each day.

the room i occupied felt quite small , leaving limited space to move around. the bathroom was also cramped , , made showering a bit challenging. noise from the street was noticeable , even with the windows closed , it sometimes disturbed my sleep. the lack of parking facilities nearby was inconvenient , forcing me to seek alternative solutions.

i found the location very convenient. the tram stop is just outside, so access to the main station was easy. the room included kitchen products and a minibar. the breakfast had good variety.

I loved the convenient location. The tram stop was super close! there were supermarkets nearby too, handy. ian, the receptionist, was cute upon my arrival. he gave me such good info and all the front desk staff were so friendly!!!

The minibar didn't cool drinks quite enough. It could be a tad colder.

we stayed in a quadruple room that suited our family. the toilet and shower were in separate spaces, a good feature. a washbasin was near the entrance and it was convenient.

The room was a bit small. A suitcase barely fit next to the bed. the bathroom felt equally small. the walk from the train station involved a mostly uphill route.

i was charmed by my room! the air conditioning worked perfectly (i love being able to adjust the temperature). the staff was very helpful and friendly, which i appreciated, and i was allowed to check in a little earlier. they also had the option of a parking.

the hotel was a little dated. the breakfast was basic. i think there can be improvements.
